Preparation of Bill of Quantities/MTO from drawings and specifications. Develop method of

measurements suitable to the job requirements. Maintain records and track BOQ Measurements ( Bill of

Quantities)/MTO ( Made to Order) according to the approved drawings.Check, verify and maintain

records of built/site measurements and quantification for further approval of Construction

Manager.Support and provide input at tender stage for Prices and Rates.Invitations, receipt of bids,

evaluation, review of Subcontractors’ price, previous work experience and their performance. Draft

preparation of procedures for contracts and subcontracts agreements.Analyze the rates submitted by

the sub contractors’ and implications from the execution point of view. Verify subcontractors’

interim/final payment applications in coordination with the site discipline engineer; present them

for the further approval of the Construction ManagerEvaluation of contractors’ claims and

variations and prepare response such claims.Maintain technical records including site progress

meeting minutes, drawing issues, direct labor hire/supply of plant, free issue materials, changes in

scope of work and specificationsCoordinate, verify and keep track of third part services on

day-to-day basis directly hired by Petrofac in the situations wherein the sub contractor is unable

to perform and meet the project deadline.Verify and approve third party invoices, liaison with them

and check if the services are back chargeable to the subcontractor.Maintain record of the free issue

materials, man power and equipment, sourced by Petrofac when the subcontractor is unable to directly

source the same.Maintain accurate records and data to enable the Construction Manager to resolve

contractual conflicts and disputed claims with sub contractors.Provide inputs for preparing cost

budget based on issues related to drawings, direct labour/plant hire on regular basis and submit

them to Construction management.Implementation and adherence to HSE and Quality System procedures

and plans.Carry out any other activities directed to by the SupervisorBachelor’s degree in

Engineering in Mechanical with 4 years of post graduation experience or Diploma in Mechanical with

working experience of 12 years in Oil and Gas related petrochemical industry.10 - 30 yearsBasic -

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
